About the Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs were not always known by that name especially at the start back in 1960 they were more widely known as the Dallas Texans. The team relocated in 1963 to Kansas City, Missouri and became known as the Chiefs. They officially joined the NFL in 1970 which is the same year they won their first super bowl IV against the Vikings. In 2014 they were up for the wild card to see who was in the running for going to go to the super bowl but they lost to the Colts in a 45-44 loss.
